Begin to notice where you are at today: physically, mentally and emotionally. Try and do this without judging and getting stuck in a negative space. If you like you can keep a journal for your personal thoughts and findings. You are a champion! You were born to win. And another thing I want to share with you are some thoughts on diet : to begin to notice what are you putting into your body on a consistent basis via: thoughts, words and food? Loving words can be like a healing medicine that soothe and nurture our spirits so that we can become all that we were meant to be. Say some kind words to yourself and others daily. It is a good prescription and will keep you much happier and open to seeing and enjoying the beauty in life.
When was the last time you ate vegetables and enjoyed them? Did you ever think about juicing your vegetables? I used to juice a lot using carrots AKA: carrot juice. It is like liquid gold. It will do more for your body than eating a pound of chocolate.

Carrot juice is loaded with vitamins, enzymes, beta carotene and fiber. Carrots contain beta-carotene which is converted into Vitamin A by our body. This natural vitamin A is very good for our body and minds. When you eat live foods you will feel more alive! Its simple but not always easy. If the thought of changing your entire routine overnight is a little overwhelming then just begin by adding something good to your daily diet instead of feeling like you are taking something away. It makes the whole idea a lot more attractive and fun to try out rather than something written in stone.
